I saw this Coyote approaching a large tree and quickly composed a shot to catch it as it emerged from behind the tree. Ever hopeful, the Coyote looked to see if any squirrels were hiding behind the tree. Coyotes seem to love chasing squirrels, even though they have a much lower success rate hunting squirrels than gophers.
