American Bison Panorama
Obviously there was no way I was leaving Yellowstone without doing a pano of a bison, right? This old guy was kind enough to walk most of the length of Lamar Valley, giving me plenty of opportunities to compose this shot. Hopefully the visitors up on the road enjoyed watching the nutcase with a camera

Quail Panorama
This year is the third year that I’ve been working on this panoramic shot of a California Quail in front of rolling hills. The shot I’m working towards has a few key elements: A quail standing tall, rolling hills in the background, and green grass. This is only possible for about a month every year.
