This Great Horned Owl was kind enough to perch out in the open in front of an interesting sunset. At first I was annoyed by the branches in the foreground, but I used them to frame the owl and was pretty happy with how it turned out.

October in Point Reyes
I took a friend to see Point Reyes this weekend. It was a gloriously cloudy day allowing for good photography all day long. We were aiming for variety, so these are just some quick snapshots from the day.
